Green River faculty and staff complete Professional Development course

Thirty-five Green River colleagues recently received a Certificate in Collaborative Leadership after completing a professional development course on Feb. 5.

During the course, they learned how to best:

- Resolve conflicts at work and at home.

- Understand how conflict arises.

- Work to avoid the situations which lead to conflict.

- Improve teamwork, relationships and work quality.

Now is the time to apply for professional development funding from your division and register for the next course titled Resolving Conflict, scheduled March 26-27 at the Kent Campus, room 325. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants.

Course fee, including handbooks and refreshments is $240. This course provides 1.6 CEUs.
