50th Anniversary: Three named to college staff

On Jan. 20, 1965, the Auburn Reporter described the enthusiastic nationwide response to a call to fill administrative and faculty positions at Green River, where three instructors were hired to fill positions in the nascent college's chemistry, history and mid-management programs.

Also on this date, the Reporter wrote about Green River's placement atop the state's priority list for federal construction aid grants, paving the way for constructing the 32,055-square-foot Science-Technology building, the 26,987-square-foot Trades complex and the 19,079-square-foot classroom complex.
